welve exceptional French wines from the families who’ve quietly perfected their craft over generations - the bottles we open when we want to show people what great winemaking actually looks like. All classic French appellations, all independent growers, plus proper bubbles from the Loire. he twelve bottles we’d open at our own table. Wines from the producers who’ve become friends over 30+ years, the families we visit every harvest, the bottles we get genuinely excited to pour. This is our personal edit: the Burgundy grower who still hand-plunges his Pinot at 3am, the Loire vigneron whose grandfather taught us about chenin, the Italian family who fed us lunch in their barrel room, and the bubbles we serve when it really matters.

Our retail story began when founder Paddy Keogh set out to bring his love of wine directly to customers across Ireland. What started in Mullingar with our flagship store - a haven for wine lovers filled with bottles, artisan foods, gifts, and glassware, has grown into a family tradition.

Today, Paddy’s sons, Gareth and Gavin, carry that vision forward. In 2023 they opened our Athlone store, a bright, modern space that brings a fresh twist to wine shopping while offering the same exceptional range and warm service.
