FROM THE EDITORS It’s a wonderful time of the year to be in Wine Country with a great deal of activities on the go. As the weather starts to warm up it’s the perfect time to be adventurous with a wine tasting tour, a balloon flight or horse-ride.

Alternatively pamper yourself at the day spa, take a stroll through Hunter Valley Gardens (which is stunning in Spring) or visit the local markets.

Spring is a signal that it’s time to shake off those Winter cobwebs and get out and about in Wine Country.

With September comes warmer weather and the vines come to life with an explosion of green known as “budburst.” We celebrate budburst with Budfest at Briar Ridge again this September. After the enormous success of last year’s event, this day dedicated to enjoying simple pleasures is set to be a regular event on the calendar of good times!

In this issue, we look at our top things to do in the Hunter Valley this Father’s Day and there’s truly something for every Dad! Whether your Dad’s a fan of the active, funfilled day or more the type to be wined-and-dined, you’ll find some great ideas on page 8.

Most Dad’s we know enjoy a good beer (or two!). In this issue, we look at the very best of the Hunter’s Spring Beers. We also find out some

fun facts about the world of Beer – including the little-known condition known as Cenosillicaphobia which is a fear of having an empty glass (this will never happen in the Hunter Valley so never fear!).

A budding gastronomic trend is edible flowers – no longer the humble garnish, flowers are a delectable treat all on their own. Loaded with vitamins and minerals and packing colour and fragrance this may sound like a new trend but is actually a resurgence of a centuries-old practice.

2015 HUNTER HARVEST IMPERIAL IPA Hope Brewhouse This is one for those looking for an entirely new beer experience. It’s a big, bold Imperial IPA, taken to another level with the addition of Semillon and Verdelho juice harvested from Hope Estate. Full and slightly sweet up front, it gets drawn together by big bitterness and a subtle malt backbone. At 9.5% ABV, this is one to enjoy very slowly, especially with American-style barbecue food.

This beer was recently awarded a Silver Medal in the Specialty Beer category at the Australian International Beer Awards held in Melbourne in May. Well worth a try!

Now an annual event on the Hunter Valley calendar, The Spring Festival of Flowers will be held from 1st – 30th September 2015. It’s the perfect time of year to visit Hunter Valley Gardens with over 100,000 annuals, bulbs and blossoms all coming alive. The event invites those young and young at heart to enjoy the vibrant colours, warm aromas and beautiful spring blossoms.

Ever wondered where the idea for the Hunter Valley Gardens came from? Or how it become Australia’s largest display gardens? At 11am each day of the festival, all your questions will be answered with daily talks about the history of the gardens. There will also be talks each afternoon about the individual gardens including the Oriental Garden, Storybook Garden, Lakes Walk and Moongate. Visit the Hunter Valley Gardens website for full schedule of daily talks.

Enhance your experience by undertaking a guided train tour of the gardens. Commentary is provided by the friendly train driver, offering fascinating insights about the history and development of the gardens. The 40 minute tours depart every hour and can be booked at the Gardens Entry. The guided tours are offered at the additional cost of $7 per adult, $5 per child or $20 for 2 adults and 2 children.

After the overwhelming success of last year’s event, the Budfest at Briar Festival is back for its second year, from 11am on Saturday 19th September. The festival is an opportunity to celebrate budburst and to highlight that enjoying wine is about simple pleasures.

It was Winemaker Gwyn Olsen’s commitment to making wines more accessible and a love of takeaway food that inspired the Budfest at Briar Festival. Gwyn is a firm believer that “good wine doesn’t always need candles, white tablecloths and Wagyu beef, but can be equally enjoyable with your favourite takeaway.”

Often it is assumed that fine wines should only be enjoyed at formal occasions or by true wine connoisseurs. Winemaker Gwyn Olsen wants to remove the stigma associated with drinking wines in a relaxed environment and let you know that it is entirely acceptable!

Budfest at Briar will demonstrate that wine is about experience and can be just as memorable over a quick takeaway meal as with a dish prepared by a fine dining establishment.

“Some of my best wine memories are heading to the beach with a bottle of Semillon, some fish ‘n’ chips and a great sunset,” said Gwyn.

Budfest at Briar sees Ben and Harry’s from the Cooks Hill Surf Club prepare a selection of takeaway favourites, such as yellow chicken curry, chilli dogs and, of course, a cone of chips for the kids!

So, get your friends together for a relaxed afternoon of great music, some takeaway favourites and, of course, a glass or two of Briar Ridge’s finest.

Jeff Byrne

Chief Winemaker for Agnew Wines

For those who know him, there’s no mistaking Jeff Byrne’s passion for his work.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada (the accent comes and goes), Jeff completed a science degree at the University of New Brunswick before moving to Queensland in 1999 and then the Hunter Valley in 2000.

Although Jeff did not intentionally set out to become a winemaker, it was while in the Hunter Valley that he decided to embrace a career in the wine industry. Working in the vineyards, Jeff started as a cellar hand, before being promoted to assistant winemaker at Tower Estate, where he was fortunate enough to be personally mentored under the expert tutelage of the late Len Evans. Jeff then further developed his winemaking skills working with other highly regarded winemakers such as Scott Stephens.

After studying winemaking part time for six years, in 2007 Jeff graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Wine Science degree.

Jeff’s big break came in 2008, when the Agnew family made the decision to re-commence winemaking at the historic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard for the first time in over 50 years and appointed Jeff to his first senior winemaking role. He has since gone on to win numerous trophies and gold medals around Australia including a trophy for Best Other Red and 4 gold medals at the recent 2015 Hunter Valley Wine Show held in August.

In 2009 Jeff was selected to attend the prestigious Len Evans Tutorial and in 2011 was awarded the Hunter Valley Wine Industry Association Rising Star. In 2012 he was promoted to Chief Winemaker for Agnew Wines, overseeing the Audrey Wilkinson, Cockfighter’s Ghost and Poole’s Rock labels.

The former Australian National Ice Hockey Champion (2003 and 2005) also loves to surf and can often be spotted catching a wave in his home town of Stockton, where Jeff lives with his wife Brigitte and two young daughters.

Big Things are Brewing in Local Breweries With well over 150 microbreweries dotting the landscape from coast to coast and with more opening every month, the craft beer market is being driven by passionate craft beer makers and sophisticated beer drinkers who are demanding a more boutique, unique, and premium product.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR For best flavour, flowers should be fresh and harvested early in the day.

Many flowers can be eaten whole, but some have bitter parts, such as the stamens and stems – which should be removed.

EDIBLE FLOWERS A budding trend?

Edible flowers, which have been used in cooking for centuries, are experiencing renewed popularity, so if you are looking for something new to add to your dishes, then go ahead and include edible flowers. They can be served as an essential ingredient in a recipe, provide seasoning to a dish, or simply be used as a garnish to brighten up a plate.

Many edible flowers contain unique flavours and aromas which can be used as key ingredients to enhance a wide range of sweet and savoury dishes. Flowers can be used in beverages as flavouring, or used to make teas and even wines. They are added to spreads such as butter or fruit preserves and to vinegar, marinades and dressings.

Some are dried and used as medicinal or culinary herbs.

While the nutritional value of flowers is uncertain, we do know that the pollen and nectar, found in flowers, provides various vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A and C, iron, calcium and phosphorous.

Eating flowers may sound like a strange new food trend, but in reality the idea has been around for centuries and can be traced back to Roman times, and to the Chinese, Middle Eastern, and Indian cultures. Ancient Romans ate violets, roses and pot marigolds as part of their diet and edible flowers were especially popular in the Victorian era during Queen Victoria's reign.

Many cultures use flowers in their traditional cooking - think of squash blossoms in Italian food and rose petals in Indian food.

Adding flowers to food can be a great way to add colour, flavour and even a little humour to the dish. The range is surprising - some are spicy, and some herbaceous, while others are fragrant and floral.

Today, many restaurant chefs and innovative home cooks garnish their entrees with flower blossoms for a touch of elegance. The secret to success when using edible flowers is to keep the dish simple and not overwhelm the delicate taste of the flower.

Also the spice saffron is derived from the flower of the Crocus sativus – also known as the "saffron crocus". The styles and stigmas, called threads, are collected and dried to be used mainly as a seasoning and colouring agent in food. Capers are the unripened flower buds of Capparis spinosa, a prickly, perennial plant which is native to the Mediterranean and some parts of Asia – dating back to 1200 B.C. The general rule is that the flowers of most vegetables and herbs are safe to eat, but always check first – there are always exceptions and you don’t want to be it.

So before you go traipsing around your neighbours garden picking flowers for dinner tonight, it is important to know which flowers are edible and which aren’t. For instance, you should avoid the flowers of tomato, potato, eggplant, peppers and asparagus.

Some flowers are safe to eat but only in small quantities. Apple flowers contain cyanine precursors and Johnny-Jump Ups (a popular viola) contain saponins. Marigolds can be harmful in large amounts, Borage and Daylilies are diuretics and Woodruff or Sweet Woodruff can have blood-thinning side effects.

Use only flowers that you grow yourself or have been organically grown.

Avoid flowers from the roadside, florist or your local grocer as these flowers have typically been treated with pesticides. If you grow your own flowers to be eaten do not use fertilisers or pesticides.

Always carefully check the flower to be eaten for signs of disease or insect damage and clean thoroughly in warm water before using. Eat only the petals, and remove pistils and stamens before eating.

As the weather warms up suburban gardens come into full bloom - and some of those flowers not only look beautiful but taste great as well.

Chives, alliums, borage, aragula, bee balm, chervil, chicory, nastertium, fennel and gladiolus all have flowers you can use on the plate. Use them in salads, to spice up spring dishes.

Another well known and edible flower is the violet. Violets are floral, sweet and beautiful as garnishes. Use the flowers in salads and to garnish desserts and drinks.

Calendula/ marigold is another great flower for eating. Calendula blossoms are peppery, tangy, and spicy and their vibrant golden colour adds dash to any dish.

Oxalis (also known as soursob and wood sorrel) is considered a noxious weed in many parts of Australia but you can eat it. The leaves and flowers can be used as a garnish or in salads. The flower is also an ingredient in a popular South African stew known as Waterblommetjiebredie (small water flower stew).

According to the Ancient Calendar, Spring is considered the first season of the year the beginning of another cycle which brings with it a sense of renewal and creativity.

Spring is nature's way of saying, 'let's party!'

Spring is a time when everything lightens up – the weight of our clothing and also the type of food we eat. With the warmer weather here, it's time to get into lighter foods, salads, barbecues, and picnics. So spring to it!

The Spring table is a playground when it comes to pairing food and wine.

The farmers markets also become a much more exciting place and it’s easy to get carried away with all the in-season fruit and vegetables.

This month we talk about great foods to eat in Spring and what wines to match with them too. We also feature two recipes from some of the Hunter Valley’s leading dining spots with matching wines. We provide the ideas – you just add the good company!

To find a wine that'll taste great with your Spring or summer cooking, it's handy to remember a few guiding principles. Consider both contrasting and complementary flavours and don't underestimate the importance of weight and of course tannins. Similarly, acidity also needs to line-up between the dish and the wine. Foods with high acidity are inclined to overwhelm wines that don’t have a similar level of acidity.

Below you'll find a few of our favourite Spring dishes and wines that help them taste even better.

Spring Salads When it comes to wine pairing, salads can be tricky.

The main concern here is making sure that the acid in the wine meets or exceeds the acidity in the salad dressing. Caesar salads are no different but with it comes the added complexity of matching anchovies with wine. You have also got plenty of parmesan and a creamy dressing which, while tangy, isn’t too much of a wine killer.

The only variable is whether the salad contains chicken and even then it’s not likely to affect your choice too much. If it’s charred it can handle a more full-bodied white. The ideal white wines here would be a crisp dry white such as Chablis, an unoaked Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc or a good Pinot Grigio. Alternatively a dry Rosé.

Wine & Dine with Pasta Pasta is a blank-canvas meal. It gets all its flavour from its sauces - hearty red meat sauces, silky cream sauces, simple garlic and oil.

And then there are the tasty mix-ins - grilled chicken, broiled fish, and steaming veggies, to name a few.

Pasta's flavour adaptability makes it a universally loved dish, but it makes pairing it with the perfect glass of wine a bit of a challenge.

The flavours you mix with your plate of spaghetti (or rigatoni, or penne) will determine which wine should go in your glass — red or white, dry or sweet.

As with all wine and food pairings the simple rule is that the more delicately flavoured the dish is, the more subtle the wine should be. In reality, pairing wine with pasta isn't a difficult task.

When thinking in terms of weight and substance, delicate sauces and light ingredients (such as shellfish) go best with equally delicate, light wines. For example, like many other light-bodied white wines, Pinot Grigio pairs well with lighter foods. So, if you were looking to match this wine to a pasta, it would be better to skip creamy or rich meat sauces and instead concentrate on lighter sauces made up of olive oil, white wine, fresh herbs and possibly some shellfish. A perfect match for this wine would be linguine with white clam sauce or a white wine and garlic prawn spaghetti. Creamy sauce based dishes are well matched with a delicious un-oaked Chardonnay.

Similarly, the fresh acidity of Sangiovese makes it a good match for anything involving tomatoes, from a simple marinara sauce to sauces like puttanesca or amatriciana... the list goes on and on.

When it comes to the all-time favourite pasta dishes such as Fettuccine Alfredo, which is made from fettuccine pasta tossed with Parmesan cheese, butter, heavy cream (and may even include parsley, chicken, garlic, or shrimp), you may want to try a Chardonnay or a Pinot Noir.

Spring Grilling Yes, it's the start of Spring and there is no better time to bring out the "barbie."

Bring out the best in your Spring menu by serving the perfect wine with grilled chicken, seafood, steak and more. When it comes to Spring, everything is more relaxed, including the tried-and-true rules for red and white wines. Flavourful rubs and zesty marinades are made to add flavour, especially when chargrilled.

Anything coated in barbecue sauce, with its smoky, spicy, and typically sweet flavours admittedly poses a challenge for wine pairings. A young, bold, fruity and spicy red wine such as Zinfandel or Shiraz should stand up to the barbecue flavours.

A young Cabernet Sauvignon loves grilled dishes as the charred nature of the meat complements the bitter edge of the tannin in the wine.

Hamburgers should be fine with just about any red wine - just pick your favourite. Pinot Noir is a very flexible and food friendly wine and a safe wine to serve at any barbecue. It is easy to drink and works well with

red meat, as well as fish. Serve with beef burgers, grilled salmon tuna or swordfish or grilled chicken, mushrooms, vegetable and haloumi skewers.

When it comes to whites, crisp, intensely aromatic high-acid white wines, especially Sauvignon Blanc, work very well with grilled flavours – especially grilled vegetables and shrimp, and is the best wine with tomatoes. Semillon is the perfect partner for seafood and generally works well with everything from barbecued fish to asparagus to calamari. A young zesty Semillon is the ideal match to delicately flavoured dishes such as lightly cooked shellfish - especially those with Asian flavours. A rich and complex aged Semillon is more suited to fully flavoured dishes, such as grilled fish (especially grilled salmon) or lobster. Riesling is the perfect varietal for barbecued prawns, chicken and a variety of grilled vegetables and even grilled pineapple.

Citrus Brine Spatchcock served with Honey Glazed Carrot, Beetroot Salad and Goats Curd (Please Note: This recipe requires preparation a day ahead)

Ingredients (serves 4 people) 4 spatchcock supreme (or chicken breast can be used instead)

Brine 2 lemons 2 limes 2 oranges 6 garlic cloves (crushed) 1 bunch of Thyme 1 bunch of Rosemary 60ml red wine vinegar 60g brown sugar 160g sea salt 2.5L water

Grilled Haloumi with Caramelised Pear and Pistachio

Honey carrots and beetroot salad

Ingredients

1 bunch of Dutch carrots 1 bunch of Beetroot 200ml Honey 2 springs of Thyme 50g butter 50ml red wine vinegar

2 pears sliced finely 100g vanilla sugar 100g butter 1 handful of whole pistachios A pinch of fresh oregano leaves Block of Haloumi Radicchio for garnish if desired

Method

Method Slice haloumi 2-3cm thick, melt some butter in a pan and place haloumi on grill. Cook until golden on both sides then set aside.

In a separate pan on medium heat melt butter with fresh oregano leaves, add sliced pears, vanilla sugar and a good handful of pistachios.

Allow mix to cook through and butter and sugar to go a golden colour.

Keep stirring mix so as it doesn’t burn around the edges.

Place already cooked haloumi in an oven on 180 degrees to heat and slightly melt.

• First, add all brine ingredients to pot and bring to simmer.

Ensure all salt and sugar is dissolved then let cool in fridge.

• Once brine is cold, submerge spatchcock fully and leave in brine for 12 hours.

• To cook, simply drain spatchcock and dry with paper towel – make sure skin is dry and cook skin side down in a hot pan.

Spatchcock should take less than 10 minutes to cook.

• Next start on the salad. Peel and clean carrots and beetroot then boil in separate pots (this ensures the beetroot doesn’t discolour the carrots). Cook al dente - firm to the bite.

• Then refresh in ice cold water - this stops the cooking process.

Serve haloumi topped with sauce and finish with finely sliced radicchio. Serve immediately and enjoy.

• Meanwhile for the honey glaze, add all other ingredients together in the pot and bring to simmer - stirring consistently.

When the mixture is bubbling and the butter is melted through the glaze take it off heat.

Wine match

• To glaze the carrots heat up frying pan to moderate temp.

RidgeView 2013 Pinot Gris

• Add carrots with the glaze and reduce by half then add chopped beetroot.

• Heat until beetroot is warm.

• When serving, smear your preferred goats curd on the plate, top with swiss chard then glazed carrots, beetroot and crispy spatchcock. Drizzle glaze over spatchcock. Serve with a lemon wedge. Spinach or rocket can be used instead of swiss chard and any soft cheese could be suitable as well.

WINE SHOW From the moment grape picking commenced in December for the 2014 vintage in the Hunter Valley, it was declared to be the "vintage of the century." And since it followed on the heels of an excellent 2013 vintage, there was much to be pleased about at the recent Hunter Valley Wine Show which is recognised as being one of the country’s oldest regional wine shows.

The Shiraz classes of entry were tremendous and have set new levels of benchmark for the Hunter.

The judges of the 2015 Hunter Valley Wine Show have agreed that the 2014 Hunter Shiraz vintage is one of the region’s best with more than 50% of the 2014 Hunter Shiraz wines entered into the 2015 Show receiving medals.

A team of respected wine show judges led by Chair of Judges PJ Charteris and including international Wine Detective, Sarah Ahmed, assessed a total of 730 Hunter Valley wine entries from 69 exhibitors in 35 different classes.

This year’s results saw 69 Gold, 120 Silver and 208 Bronze medals being awarded with 23 Trophies being shared between just 9 wine producers.

Commenting on the Show results, Mr Charteris said that as expected wines entered were of the highest calibre and in line with expectations around good quality harvests in 2013/14 for reds and then 2015 for whites.

"Lots of brightness, fine acidity and fruit lift has produced classic Hunter white styles. The Shiraz classes of entry were tremendous and have set new levels of benchmark for the Hunter," he said.

With seven trophies and 12 gold medals, Tyrrell’s Wines dominated the prize list - claiming trophies for Best White Wine of the Show, Best Semillon, Best Museum White Wine, Best Two-Year Old and Older Chardonnay, Best Two Year Old and Older Semillon, Best Museum Red and The Iain Riggs Wine of Provence.

Also up there with the trophy haul was Brokenwood Wines with 6 trophies and 6 gold medals including Best One Year Old Shiraz, Best One Year Old Semillon, Best Shiraz, Best Named Vineyard Red, Best Named Vineyard Wine and Best Red Wine of Show.

First Creek Wines won 3 trophies and 4 gold medals including trophy for Best Semillon, Best One Year Old Chardonnay and Best Chardonnay.

Briar Ridge Vineyard took home 2 trophies and 4 gold medals with Best Verdelho, and Best Two Year Old Shiraz.

Bimbadgen Estate won Best Other White trophy, Agnew Wines won trophy for Best Other Red and McLeish Estate Best named Vineyard White Wine.

"In summary, the show was a great opportunity for brand Hunter Valley. A region that is not only worthy of its place in Australian wine history, but is confidently forging a place in its future." Mr Nixon said.

Amongst the older and well established families making up the Hunter Valley are those families that have moved to the Hunter Valley as part of a "tree change" – a lifestyle change for themselves and their family.

This year Darren and Tracey Scott, owners of RidgeView on Sweetwater Rd in Pokolbin, celebrate 15 years in the Hunter Valley after purchasing their 40 hectare property in 2000.

When you get to know their journey from Sydney to the Hunter, it’s easy to understand why Darren and Tracey include the by-line "Our Passion, Your Reward" on the label of their wines.

It was during their first trip to the Hunter Valley in the early 1990's that Darren, a Sydney based dentist and wife Tracey fell in love with the natural beauty of the region and decided that this was where they wanted to base their future. For Darren, Sweetwater represented a beautiful and un-spoilt part of the Hunter Valley – reminiscent of the Hunter more than 20 years ago.

A few years later the dream became a reality when they purchased the property Ironbark Estate on Sweetwater Ridge which they named "RidgeView" due to the fact that it was located on one of the highest points on Sweetwater Ridge Estate and came with such magnificent views.

Now well established, the family orientated restaurant is considered one of the best in the Hunter Valley and extremely popular amongst both locals and visitors with its emphasis on fresh seasonal local produce coupled with a strong Mediterranean influence and carefully selected food and wine pairing. WINE VARIETY

The most significant plantings of Riesling are found in South Australia’s Clare, Eden Valley and Barossa Valley regions.

Here in the Hunter Valley, where Semillon, Chardonnay and Verdelho dominate the white ranks, Riesling is little known. Pokolbin Estate, with their 53 year old vines are one of few growers of Riesling in the area and in 2011 received the award for Best Riesling in Australasia in the annual Winestate magazine awards. Superbly crafted by local hotshot Andrew Thomas, this wine outpointed more than 1500 entries from Australia and New Zealand – edging out entries from Australia's most revered Riesling strongholds to claim the coveted prize. The champion wine’s fresh, crisp, mineral, lemon - lime flavours provide an exquisite insight into one of the world's classic varieties.

Riesling The Wine of Kings

Much loved by wine makers and wine connoisseurs alike for its crisp flavour and defined palate structure, Riesling was the most planted white grape in Australia until the early 1990's when Chardonnay took over as Australia’s most popular white wine. Today, however, Riesling has emerged as the most collectible wine among top connoisseurs and sommeliers alike.

Riesling wines are often consumed young and fresh, when they are fruity and aromatic, and have a crisp taste. It is one of the most aromatic grape varieties in the world. The primary fruit aromas in Riesling are nectarine, apricot, honey-crisp apple and pear. A feature of Riesling is the “kerosene” aroma - that mineral character that is on the nose but gives real character and complexity on the pallet.

Riesling is also one of the few white wines that has the ability to age very well. With naturally high acidity and comparable low alcohol, Riesling wines retain an enviable freshness making them suitable for cellaring.

For a long time, good Riesling has been notoriously undervalued when compared with other white varieties and even today, Riesling remains one of the best value wine varieties on the market.

While especially loved as an aperitif, Riesling is a very versatile wine for pairing with food. Food loves Riesling and it’s perfectly matched to fresh salads, poultry, white fish or pork and is one of the few wines that can stand up to the stronger flavours and spices of Thai and Chinese food.

Originating in the Rheingau region of Germany and cultivated as far back as the 1400's, Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying distinctive floral and citrus-like aromas as well as high acidity and are highly influenced by where it is grown (terroir).

The most expensive wines made from Riesling are dessert wines that are late harvested from grapes left hanging on the vine well past their normal picking time. Water from the grapes is then removed through evaporation caused by the fungus Botrytis cinerea (noble rot) or freezing.

The end result is a wine with more acid, more sugar, and an explosion of flavour.

Australian Rieslings are well known for their citrus blossom aromas and flavours, with the better examples finishing dry and full in flavour.

Together, these elements combine to make wines which are amongst the most long-lived and loved of all white wines.

Pokolbin Estate 2014 Riesling

While the Hunter may not generally be recognised for producing Rieslings, Pokolbin Estate on McDonalds Road in Pokolbin has been described as ”The rogue Riesling producer of the Hunter'' – turning out fantastic Rieslings year after year from their 53 year old vines. Their 2011 Riesling won Riesling of the year at the 2011 Winestate Awards.

TASTING The Pokolbin Estate 2014 Hunter Valley Riesling is pale straw in colour with a tinge of green. This Riesling is showing a bouquet of orange blossom with crisp elegant, citrus lime flavours and green apple characters. Fine acidity with a touch of mineral, lime zest.

CELLARING Young and vibrant this Riesling will get more complex with age. Drink now or can be aged for the next ten to twelve years.
