Spring has sprung in the Hunter after what seemed a Winter of extremes – with temperatures fluctuating between -5 degrees to some balmy 25 degree days. Let's hope Spring brings some consistency with it! Of course, Spring will be celebrated throughout Wine Country this month with events such as a plethora of Spring markets, the Spring Cruiz-in and who could forget the Tintilla Tuscan Long Lunch.

Our Rosé feature will give you plenty of blushing options to pair with your treats – you’ll find it on page 31.
The annual End2End Festival returns this month – and if you love your cover bands then you’ll be thrilled to see Abba, U2, Pink and INXS acts take to the stage at four venues representing over 20 wineries, local boutique and craft beers and of course the gourmet fare that the Hunter Valley is famous for!
