Nothing proclaims Christmas more in the Hunter Valley than the flick of one tiny switch at Hunter Valley Gardens! Of course, Christmas Lights Spectacular is back bigger and more spectacular than even last year.
Later this month a visit to Morpeth Gallery will bring a light-show of a whole different variety when the delicate and ancient art of ‘fire-painting’ will be demonstrated to visitors. Thirteen other artists from around Australia will also be in the gallery painting in
more traditional methods.
This month we also visited Running Horse Wines in Pokolbin. With its unique ‘container’ Cellar Door and focus on aged wines, it is a must-visit stop on your wine trail.
The vineyards are bursting with colour, and as the weather warms up daily, it’s a great time of the year to get out and sample all that our beautiful area has to offer both to visitors and to those of us who are lucky enough to live here.
