*Coffee with the Mayor begins at 10 a.m. and is being held at the same location.
As summer wraps up, the Town of Windsor is proud to share some of this season’s completed projects:
Pedestrian Railroad Crossing Improvements
This effort enhanced safety and connectivity by improving pedestrian routes at several railroad crossings and completing a key sidewalk connection on 15th St.
2025 Street Maintenance Program
This program seals cracks, applies surface seals, replaces deteriorated sidewalks and ADA ramps, and performs overlays to preserve road quality and prevent more extensive repairs.
7th St. Bridge Rehabilitation Project
The bridge is fully reopened after crews completed structural reinforcements, updated safety features.
WCR 17 Railroad Improvements
Crews installed new railroad panel, mill and overlay the adjoining roadway, and add entrance/exit gates to meet quiet-zone standards.
