WORLD-CLASS GOLF

Designed by Jack Nicklaus protégé, Bob Cupp, WindRiver's golf course offers scenic views of Tellico Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains with rolling fairways and undulating greens accenting each hole. The par-72 course features six sets of tees ranging from 4,146 to 7,453 yards.

Sports Complex

Here you'll find plenty of ways to stay active and to relax! WindRiver's sports complex includes a resort-style pool with spa, dipping pool, large lanai with water features, snack bar, lighted tennis courts, sport courts and an event lawn. Also enjoy our top-of-theline fitness facility at the Overlook Manor.

Brightwater Park

Naturally inviting and relaxing, WindRiver's six-acre lakefront park has everything you could want in a peaceful, waterfront retreat. Brightwater Park features expansive green spaces, park benches and an event lawn.
