Booking & Rate Overview
La Belle Hélène offers two primary ways to host your wedding:
1.Venue-Only Hire – for couples who wish to use the estate for their ceremony and/or reception without overnight accommodation.
2.Full Estate Rental – includes exclusive use of the estate plus accommodation for up to 20 guests across 10 ensuite bedrooms, with fullboard service provided by our private chef and hospitality team.
All weddings are fully bespoke and coordinated by your chosen wedding planner. We work closely with third party wedding planners who offer a seamless, stressfree planning experience backed by deep local expertise. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to work with your own accredited planner.
Additional Information:
For groups larger than 20, we can assist with overflow accommodation at Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences, or even private yachts anchored just offshore.
Caring and bar servies will be coordinated directly with the exclusive caterer, Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences
All decor, florals, entertainment, and styling for the wedding must be arranged through your chosen planner.
Shorter-format ceremonies and elopements are available on request and may be quoted individually.
Rates are quoted in USD, based on your preferred dates, guest count, and event scope.

End of week after Easter – April 30 & July 1 – November 15
Venue Only: $25,000
Combined Package: $30,000 per night (venue + accommodation, minimum 2-night stay)
Shoulder Season
May 1 – June 30
Venue Only: $33,000
Combined Package: $35,000 per night (venue + accommodation, minimum 2-night stay)
Peak Season
Venue Only: $45,000
November 16 – December 25 & January 11 – end of week after Easter
Combined Package: $48,000 per night (venue + accommodation, minimum 3-night stay)
Festive Season
December 26 – January 10
Venue Only: $70,000
Combined Package: $60,000 per night
(venue + accommodation, minimum 5-night stay)
Applicable taxes, service charges and tourism levy may apply. Wedding event services such as catering, food and beverage, floral and event décor, wedding cake, entertainment, and similar items are not included in the venue hire rates.
