Our island is part of the Kitsap Peninsula, which sits in the heart of Puget Sound, nestled between the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges. Kitsap County was formed in 1857 and was named after Chief Kitsap of the Suquamish the Tribe. Kitsap’s Native American, Scandinavian, military, and pioneer attractions are all within an hour’s drive.

Central Island
Home to downtown Winslow, and the ferry to Seattle, central Bainbridge is the bustling hub of the island Along with Winslow's excellent restaurants, shops, and art galleries, you can visit Wing Point Golf & Country Club, or one of our many parks or trails
Neighborhoods include the Winslow area, Manitou Beach, Murden Cove, Fletcher Bay, and Wing Point
North Island
The northern part of Bainbridge Island is connected to the rest of the Kitsap Peninsula via Agate Pass Bridge. This area is home to the Bloedel Reserve, Fay Bainbridge Park, Port Madison Yacht Club, Meadowmeer Golf & Country Club, and Battle Point Park.
Neighborhoods include Agate Point, Port Madison, Manzanita Bay, and Rolling Bay.
South Island
With excellent sun exposure and Tudorstyle Lynwood Center, the southern area of the island has its own unique charm It features Historic Lynwood Theatre, Pleasant Beach Village, and Fort Ward State Park
