All guests are required to purchase a damage waiver covering accidental incidents. Additionally, a 25% security deposit is collected from the guest to cover any damages not covered by the accidental damage waiver. Cabo Villas manages all claims directly with the guest, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally without requiring homeowner involvement
WHAT ARE THE FEES TO WORK WITH CABO VILLAS?
We operate on a commission-based model, covering marketing, reservations, guest services, and performance strategy. A yearly marketing fee supports ongoing exposure and digital initiatives. Exclusive homeowners also receive a complimentary professional media package.
