Commonly used for accent lighting of kitchens, shelving, stairs and many other locations throughout the home, LED strip lighting can be easily incorporated into the design of an existing kitchen and other rooms in the home.
L&S Lighting consists of top of the line LED Strip Lighting, available in many styles and colours to suit any space.

STEP 2: COLOUR EFFECT (WARM, NATURAL & COOL) Warm, natural and cool white are measured on a Kelvin scale, represented by the letter ‘K’. Kelvin (K) is a measurement used to describe the colour temperature, warmth or coolness of a light source.
Natural white has a slight hint of warmth, and provides a nice, clean appearance. Cool white on the other hand has a high colour temperature and is a very bright, clean, white light.
Warm white is around 3000K, natural white is around 4000K and cool white is around 6000K.
There are many different advantages in choosing warm, natural or cool white. So, you should consider the purpose, style and mood of a space to help you choose the perfect colour temperature for you.
Warm white is a low colour temperature and has a very warm, yellow and even orangey tone to it. Warm white is a very similar colour temperature to the traditional incandescent bulbs.
Warm White Creates an inviting cosy area. Generally used in rooms where everyone gathers to visit or relax. Suggested uses Living room, bedroom, dining room
Neutral or Natural Light Creates a natural daylight effect. It mimics natural light and can be comfortably used anywhere in the home. Suggested uses Kitchen, living room, bedroom, dining room, cupboards, offices, retail
Cool White Complements contemporary and modern styles casting a bright, fresh glow. Cool white is great for task lighting as it is a brighter, more focused light. Suggested uses Kitchen, study, bathroom, cupboards, offices, retail 8
STEP 3: BRIGHTNESS Brightness of LED lighting is determined using the metric lumens.
Lumen (Brightness) Lumens are a measurement of total light output or the brightness of the bulb. More lumens mean it’s a brighter light; fewer lumens means it’s a dimmer light. Lumen output is one of the most important variables when choosing your LED strip light as it will determine the type of light you will receive. The higher the number, the brighter the light will be. A-Beam Angle
Lux This is used as a measure of the intensity, as perceived by the human eye, of light that hits a surface.
B-Lux C-Lux D-Lux
STEP 4: DRIVERS It is best to outline your whole project to see how many metres of strip, or total amount of downlights you will be using in total. Each driver has a maximum load capacity, given in watts. The length of strip or number of downlights you can connect to a single driver outlet depends on the maximum load of the driver. The table on page 26 outlines the combined total lengths of each strip that can be attached to the driver via each outlet capacity.

STEP 5: COMPONENT ACCESSORIES PROFILES For L&S LED Strip Lights, Wilson & Bradley offer a variety of profiles to suit different applications. For our Flexible Strip Reel, whether it be the standard Malindi Meccano Profile, the Kaleo Angular Profiles, or the Vivara Profiles for shelves and substraights. For the Mini Octopus, we also offer an optional profile application.
CABLES AND CONNECTORS L&S LED Lighting provides optimal flexibility, giving the ability to suit any application with our diverse range of cables and connectors. With Input Cables, Extension Cables, Soft Links & Bridge Connectors, this will provide the installer with the essential tools to create the design and style that they require.
CONTROL Select how you would like the lighting turned on:
Touch LED Lighting • The sensor allows the light to be easily turned on and off with just the touch of a finger • Perfect for use under kitchen cabinets to illuminate bench tops
Sensor LED Lighting • The light switches on and off automatically when you open or close the drawer, pantry, cupboard or any storage area, so no energy is wasted
Remote Control LED Lighting • The remote control allows you to turn the LED lighting on and off directly from the remote control • Remote control also allows to change the temperature of lighting with our LED Emotion Downlights 10

WHAT ARE FLEXIBLE LED STRIP LIGHTS? A Flexible LED Strip Light is a flexible circuit board that is populated with LEDs. It has a strong adhesive backing and can easily be stuck to most surfaces. The strip can be utilised almost anywhere in order to add powerful lighting in a variety of colours and brightness’s.

LED DOWNLIGHTS Exclusive to Wilson & Bradley, L&S has a wide range of 12V LED lights that are ideal for use in both residential and commercial lighting applications. 12V LED downlights offer a great lighting solution for any room with either recessed or surface mounted options providing premium concentrated lighting. 28
The L&S 12V Downlight range also comes with Emotion technology, which allows you to gradually vary the colour temperature from warm light to cool light. The L&S LED Emotion lighting range is the next level in LED technology. The LEDs in the Emotion range come with variable colour technology, which is the ability to change the light contrast from cool to warm.
All emotion lights must be used in conjunction with either the Emotion Remote or the Emotion Dimmer which allows the lights to be dimmed.
