What is a public adjuster? The only type of adjuster licensed to work solely on behalf of the insured. We Represent You!

What does a public adjuster do? A public insurance adjuster will review all policies in effect to evaluate coverages and calculate the amount of loss. Texas public adjuster will strongly advocate for the insured.

How soon will a Public Adjuster meet with me? A Public Adjuster (normally within 24 hours) at a time convenient to you, at your home, to explain the services, complete required Appointment Letter (for us to act on your behalf) and to gather essential information.


What will the Public Adjuster do First? We compile a Claim Report for your insurance company including details of the incident, an assessment of the replacement and restoration works and cost estimate(s), as required.


Do I have to file the report? NO - the Public adjuster will send the report to your insurance company.
