Reunion west becomes the encore club at reunion update

Formerly Reunion West, the community will now be called The Encore Club at Reunion. In addition to a name change, the development has also added a new real estate sales team and sales management. Orlando Luxury Vacation Homes Real Estate Myles Newell will serve as EVP, Sales for The Encore Club at Reunion. Newell has managed real estate campaigns for some of the most well-known capital groups and hospitality companies in the world including Goldman Sachs, Greystone Capital, Hard Rock International, Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf-Astoria and others.

In addition, Newell has added real estate sales industry management veteran David Pisano as Sales Manager and built a sales team of 15 that will focus on potential buyers both domestically and internationally.

According to Jim Bagley, spokesman for Encore Resorts & Homes, the name change and new sales direction were important for the community, which is adjacent to the award-winning Reunion Resort. - more The Encore Club will offer a selection of 4- to 10-bedroom homes ranging in size from 2,300-4,625 square feet. Prices will range from $339,900 to $535,000.

In addition to home construction and infrastructure development, Encore plans to build a clubhouse, restaurant with bar and lounge, fitness center and an unparalleled resort pool area surrounded by beach volleyball and tennis courts.

Featuring three championship golf courses designed by some of the biggest names in golf: Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson; Reunion Resort is currently home to the Annika Academy, a golf training facility operated by LPGA legend Annika Sorenstam and also includes a multi-million dollar water park, an array of swimming pools situated throughout the community, tennis facilities, a luxurious spa and variety of restaurants.
