Prologue…. The encounter When I was in high school in Japan, I used to wonder why some people make 10 times more money than other people? I asked critical question to myself “what if?” there is a saying that “when you are ready, opportunity arrives” One day when I was watching the TV programs, one reporter interviewed young Japanese business man. He was bragging about his success on TV. He said “I failed in my previous business and owe $100,000 in debt two years ago. Right now, I’m making the amount I used to owe every month from my business.” I’m stunned
that how fast he can come back from his business failure and find the way to contact him. Because he was so successful, he was doing business meeting and seminars in Tokyo. The importance of thinking…the way you think have big impact on the results you produce Before start showing me his business method, He taught me the importance of thinking. He said “when I failed in previous business, I was forced to face myself and question the results I produced. Since, I failed it means something is wrong with my method.” He also taught me that he started to have different perspective from most of the people when he was in debt. The system my mentor use to build his business He shows me how online marketing works and the fundamentals. 1. You want to have domain and server. You can use Hostgator and word press to obtain your own website. You need to link wordpress from hostgator’s C panel. After you obtain your website, you need to create squeeze page to collect emails. You need to install instabuilder to create squeeze page. 2. You need to register awaber account to send message to emails you collect from your website and squeeze page. 3. You want to build the email lists by buying solo ads or exchanging the emails with people who have more email list. 4. Once your email lists hit 1000-2000, you can start promoting JV zoo affiliate product or you can also register to MOBE and become affiliate with MOBE. MOBE pay higher commission than JV zoo so I prefer MOBE but you need to pat monthly fee of $19 for MOBE. JV zoo is free to promote 5. The more leads you have, the more potential income you will make if you can build 10,000-20,000 lists by buying solo ad or facebook ad, you will soon hit $500-$1000 commission

You can buy solo ads on udimi. After you collect 1000-2000 emails from buying solo ads, you can do ad swaps with others. Search how to do ad swaps. One of my mentor When I started out affiliate marketing, I find it very difficult to find mentors who produce results. The reason why I choose affiliate marketing is because, it doesn’t take a long hours to build the system and once the system is built, your system will work for you. Also, when I was in Japan, I used to see many young marketers who earn lots of income. In my country, one of the most famous marketer’s name is called tsubasa yozawa and he is in his 30s and often can be seen on Japanese media and public TV. You can see his images on goolge. He was promoting marketing products and running his own business. I saw his seminars and listen to what he says and yes it sounds very simple. The important lesson is if you want to compress the duration of results, it is not the best way to do trial and errors. It’s much quicker to find role model and learn from their method which is already proven. Tsubasa Yozawa is so famous at one point,
He even advertise his business in Japanese public train network. If you think about the Japanese world renowned train jam which millions of people are on the train, you will know how crazy amount of money he is making. That’s why I choose marketing industry. Also, in sales industry Grant Cardone is very popular. You can see how he close his sales on youtube and I realize that you can maximize the closing ration even if you watched his live closing sales videos. There are old saying “your network is your net worth” or “the more leads you have, the more you can add value to those who need information.” What I strongly suggest is even you are working, get a part time sales job and start building your own leads. Once you have built your lists, you can start promoting other people’s product from affiliate center or just keep selling your sales company’s product and get commissions. You need to work hard to increase revenue. Anybody saying it’s easy to make more money without work are not true unless you use online selling method or online advertising. The leads and lists are 80% of business, if you can access to more numbers of people who become your supporter, you will naturally increase revenue. Other part is just finding products. These are the top affiliate networks that I use that has allowed me to find a lot of great products or services to promote. They’re all reliable and easy to use.
The rest is just keep growing your lists and promoting affiliate products to the emails you collect. Make sure you promote valuable information. You get commission when customer purchase the product you promote, but customer need to find value in that product.
