MESSAGE FROM THE DIVISION PRESIDENT

Good Day Team!

Time for another newsletter and another Message from the President. Hope you and your families enjoyed this past summer and looking forward to fall and the upcoming holidays.

Since we have just completed our 2nd fiscal year as a division of HB Global, LLC. this September 30, 2022, I hope everyone is getting better acquainted with the benefits and of being an employee owner at William R. Nash. We as an organization value your input and appreciate your efforts to make our organization the best that it can be. It’s really all about us doing our part through fulfilling our assigned roles and responsibilities each and every day! While we are saying goodbye to fiscal year 2022 and looking forward to 2023, we are starting off the new year with a very healthy backlog of work that will put us in a great position to meet our budgeted revenue and COP projections. We are anticipating that 2023 will be our best year yet in our efforts to grow the business through increased revenue on and productivity on and off our project sites.

Looking at the non-financial side of our business, WR Nash is once again perceived as a world class organization in relation to our safety practices and results by us being presented as a 2022 Associated Builders and Contractors National Platinum level organization STEP award winner. Our #1 goal is the health, safety and training of our employee owners and congratulations to you all and keep up the good work!

Continuing the conversation regarding awards, did I tell you that WR Nash also was the recipient of 3 Excellence in Construction (EIC) awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter! The winning projects are Baptist Health Fisherman’s Hospital in Marathon, FL, HCA University Hospital (Davie Medical Center) in Davie, FL, and HCA Woodmont Behavioral Hospital in Planation, FL. Congratulations to all the Project Managers, Superintendents and Field personnel associated with these 3 winners!

Even more good news to report. Our upcoming renewal for Group medical and dental insurance has been negotiated with Florida Blue and United Healthcare (U.S. Virgin Islands) and we are happy to report that we have managed to keep it at a nearly 0% renewal rate increase overall. We’re also happy to report that there will be no increases for the coming year for the employeepaid portion of the premium! Now that is great news!

Finally, This year’s annual Company Picnic will be on December 10th, 2022 at our usual location, C.B. Smith park in Pembroke Pines, FL. I know because of geographical restrictions, we all can’t attend our annual Company Picnic and for that I apologize, but for those of you who can attend, I hope to see you all!

Remember, If you have any questions, comments, or concerns for the good of the newsletter, please feel free to reach out and give me a call at 305.728.3420 or send me an email to Russell.nash@wrnash.com.
