STUDENT ACCOUNTS Student Accounts is responsible for assessing and processing charges, fees and payments for your student account. We prepare tuition and fees statements for you and your authorized account users, distribute refund checks for credit balances and administer monthly payment plans.

IMPORTANT NOTES Tuition and fees are due before the frst day of classes unless you’re signed up for a payment plan. Late fees and fnance charges will be added for missed payments. Make sure to check your account monthly to keep up with any charges that may be added on throughout the semester. We do not accept cards as payment either in person or over the phone. You may pay with a card online, but please be aware that there is a 2.85% processing fee. Due to privacy laws, we can only discuss your account with you personally or with someone you’ve set up as an authorized user. Authorized users must be added through our online service known as Bill+Payment, which you can access through our website. Holds will be placed on any accounts with balances that are 30 days past due. If there is a hold on your account, you will not be able to access any fnal semester grades or transcripts until the amount is paid in full. Financial aid refund checks will be mailed to your address on fle. You can also sign up for direct deposit on the student accounts website.
