Why Wildtree?

I didn’t know I’d be starting a company, all I wanted was to make dinner. My kids had dietary restrictions, so opening a box of store bought macaroni and cheese was not an option. I needed to create meals that were nutritious, delicious, unprocessed, and easy to prepare. Mostly, I wanted to make dinners my family would love.

Magnificent, healthful meals in minutes. Is that too much to ask?

Back then, it was. So my parents (Frank and Judy) pitched in and we all started experimenting with herbs and spices. We put some interesting combinations together for pizza, pasta, roast chicken, barbecue … storing them in recipe-sized bags made prep time incredibly fast. My neighbors wanted some. My friends wanted some. We started bringing our culinary blends to local fairs and then somebody said, “How about selling them at home parties?”

That’s exactly what we did, and if you picked this catalog up at a party, you know why.

Organic crops are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers and without the use of GMOs. The set of laws governing certified organic crop production and handling is called the National Organic Plan and is administered by the USDA. What products are organic?

Sweet Orange Buns Serves 9 For the dough:

For the filling:

1 package Sunday Morning Cinnamon Rolls

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

4 tablespoons of coconut oil, room temperature

2 tablespoons orange zest

1/2 cup milk 1 large egg

For the glaze:

2 tablespoons orange zest

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1. Preheat oven to 375째F. 2. Grease a 9x9 inch pan.

3. To make the filling, combine milk and orange zest with contents of filling packet in a small bowl and make a thick paste, set aside.

4. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the dough mix, coconut oil, milk, egg, and orange zest until a soft dough forms.

5. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead about 5 times. Roll into a 9x14 inch rectangle.

6. Spread the filling over the dough and gently roll it up into a log, starting with the short edge. Using a sharp or serrated knife cut the rolled up dough into 9 equal pieces.

7. Place in prepared pan, cut side up.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a rack and glazing.

9. Combine the glaze mix with fresh orange juice and whisk until smooth. Spread on the warm cinnamon rolls and serve.

*You can replace coconut oil for butter using a 1:1 ratio.

Poppin’ Popovers Serves 12 1 bag Wildtree Poppin’ Popovers Mix 1 cup whole milk 3 medium eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin.

4Whisk together the eggs and milk until they are smooth and pale yellow.

4Add the butter, milk, and eggs to the dry blend and combine with a whisk.

4Divide evenly amongst the 12 cups in the muffin tin and bake for 40 minutes.

4Serve warm with butter or jam.

Six years ago when I started my Wildtree business, I had no idea what a blessing it would be for my family.

1 bag Wildtree Sweet Pickle Blend 1 cup vinegar, white or apple cider 3 cucumbers, sliced into rings or cut into spears 4In a medium-sized saucepan, mix together the vinegar and

Sweet Pickle Blend. Place on medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally until the pickle spice dissolves completely.

4Place the cucumbers in a 32-ounce mason jar or other sealable container. Pour the vinegar and pickle blend mixture over the cucumbers.

4Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before consuming.

4Pickles can be stored in their brine for up to a month.

Baked Green Bean Fries with Garlic Aioli Serves 5 2 eggs 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs 8 ounces French green beans (Haricot Verts) 2 tablespoons light sour cream 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise 2 teaspoons Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 4Preheat oven to 400°F. 4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4Whisk the two eggs in a bowl.

4In a separate bowl add the bread crumbs.

4Dip the green beans in the egg, coat in the breadcrumbs, and place on the parchment lined baking sheet.

4Bake for 12-15 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden and green beans are tender.

4While the green beans are baking, mix together the remaining ingredients.

4Serve as a dipping sauce with the green bean fries.

ago, and it has honestly

been the best decision for my family I have ever made! When I started with Wildtree, it was really more of a hobby than a business; I actually just wanted the discount! My husband and I have always had an 80/20 rule in our home; that is if 80% of what we put on the table is healthy, clean, and natural, then the other 20% can be made up of compromises.

Wildtree helped me incorporate this value, without a lot of money or time.

I am a busy wife and mother of 2 small children (Abbey, 8 and Evan, 4) and I also run my own full-time daycare. Working my business as a hobby seemed to work best for my family and our busy schedule. About 9 months into my “hobby” I realized how much I really loved this company and what it stands for. I also realized that I didn’t want to do daycare forever! So, I decided to set a few goals and work my business like, well… a business. Since the day I made this amazing decision, our lives have changed so much! Every day I wake up to a job that I love, people that I love to work with, and an income that increases monthly. Best of all, I set my own schedule!

My husband and I often talk about how much Wildtree has changed our lives. All inclusive/all expenses paid vacations, meeting some of my best friends, and most importantly, the opportunities it will allow our children as they grow. What I did not expect was the opportunity it would give me to help change other people’s lives!

This is my dream job, and I just want to share it with the world!

2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin, trimmed and silver skin removed, or Boneless Pork Rib Eye Roast 1 ½ cup Wildtree Rosemary Garlic Dressing & Marinade 1 cup white onions, peeled and rough chopped 1 cup carrots, peeled and rough chopped 1 cup celery stalks, washed and rough cut 1 cup water

4Wash the pork under cold water to remove any impurities.

4Pat the pork dry using paper towels or a kitchen cloth.

4Place the pork and 1 cup of the Wildtree Rosemary Garlic Dressing & Marinade into a marinating bag or container. Work the dressing/marinade into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.

4Preheat a conventional oven to 375° F. 4Place the onions, carrots and celery evenly on the bottom of the pan.

4Pan roast.

4Cook the pork for 30 minutes or until a minimal internal temperature of 145° is achieved.

4Remove the pork from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

4The pan roasted vegetables and au jus are a great accompaniment to the pork. Serve the pork over the roasted vegetables and baste them with the au jus. The au jus may also be thickened with a roux or cornstarch slurry to make a sauce for coating the pork.

4Transfer the seasoned pork into the roasting pan, laying the pork directly on the vegetables (fat side up for pork rib eye). If using more than one piece of pork tenderloin, be certain not to place the loins on top of one another.

4Add the water into the pan (do not pour on the pork).

4Place the pork in the pre-heated oven and roast, uncovered, and basting with the additional ½ cup of dressing/ marinade every 5 minutes.

Gluten Free Chicken BLT Serves 1 2 slices of Wildtree Gluten Free Bread 2 slices of tomato 1 chicken breast 2-3 leaves romaine lettuce 2 slices bacon 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Wildtree Spicy Chipotle Ranch 4Prepare Wildtree Gluten-Free Bread according to box instructions.

4Add bacon to a sauté pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium low, or to desired crispness.

4In a 400°F oven, place chicken on a lightly greased sheet pan and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 12-15 minutes. Once the chicken is fully cooked, cool to room temperature and slice thinly.

4Cook for 2 - 2 ½ hours, or until the bones can gently twist away from the meat. During the roasting process be sure to replenish the water in the pan if needed. Remove the ribs from the oven and uncover. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

4Preheat a grill to a medium high heat, or you can use a grill pan like we did here. Cook the ribs evenly on both sides.

When done, allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving.

4The pan roasted vegetables and au jus are a great accompaniment to the ribs.

Serve the ribs over the roasted vegetables and baste them with the au jus.

Ranch Chicken Chili Serves 10

2 chicken breasts (about 12 ounces) 1 (15 ounce) can black beans; drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can white beans; drained and rinsed 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 cup frozen corn 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, un-drained

4Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

4Add the black and white beans. Add finely chopped medium

4After it’s been cooking 5 hours, break up the cream cheese

4Mix together the water and Chicken Bouillon; pour over the top of the ingredients in the slow cooker. Finally place your cream cheese in the center. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

Grapeseed Oil Grapeseed oil is great for dressings and dipping, but it is absolutely unbeatable for sautéing or frying because it can be heated to a higher temperature than other oils without burning. Taco Soup how to: make a roux

4In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

4Add in the flour and whisk to combine.

4Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the roux is thick and pale yellow.

Serves 4 1 quart Wildtree Chicken Bouillon Soup Base, prepared according to package directions 1 ¼ cup Wildtree Taco Sauce ¾ cup corn kernels 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ¼ cup all purpose flour shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, sour cream, for garnish if desired

4In a large saucepan combine the prepared Chicken Bouillon, Taco Sauce, corn, and chicken; heat over medium heat.

4Make a roux.

4Whisk the roux into the soup. Bring the soup up to a boil.

4Garnish with shredded cheese, vegetables, and sour cream if desired.

Just over 4 ½ years ago, I made the decision to give Wildtree a try, hoping only for enough income to pay my cleaning lady! I never imagined it would grow as it has!
