1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil 1 bell pepper, cut into ¼-inch pieces ½ pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 (15.5 ounce) can reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed 1 package Wildtree Queso Skillet Meal 1½ cups instant brown rice 1 cup water ½ cup low fat milk
½ pound lean ground beef 1 (15.5 ounce) can reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed 1 package Wildtree Queso Skillet Meal ½ cup low fat milk 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 (14.5 ounce) can no salt added diced tomatoes 1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chilies 20-25 blue corn tortilla chips ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese
½ cup low fat milk 1 package Wildtree Queso Skillet Meal 2 tablespoons unsalted butter ¼ pound chorizo, cooked 1 roma tomato, diced 1 scallion, sliced 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro ½ jalapeño, diced
1 Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes. 2 Add the cubed chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until chicken is browned and partially cooked through (the chicken will finish while the rice is cooking). 3 Add black beans, Queso Skillet Meal, brown rice, water, and milk to the pan and stir to combine. 4 Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10-12 minutes until rice is soft and chicken is cooked through: 165°F.
1 Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sauté until browned. 2 Add black beans, Queso Skillet Meal, and milk. Stir until sauce thickens and coats the beef and beans. 3 Add butter and stir until melted. 4 Stir in diced tomatoes and green chilies. 5 Add in the tortilla chips, lightly breaking them as you stir. 6 Turn off the heat, add cheese, and cover for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
1 Whisk together milk and Queso Skillet Meal in a 6-inch nonstick skillet. 2 Bring to a low boil over medium heat. 3 Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. 4 Top with remaining ingredients.

4 (4 ounce) sea bass fillets 1 teaspoon Wildtree Sage Citrus Dry Rub 1 shallot, sliced 1 orange bell pepper, sliced 2 teaspoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil ½ teaspoon Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. 2 Place each piece of fish on a piece of parchment paper and season with Sage Citrus Dry Rub. 3 Toss shallot and orange bell pepper with Natural Grapeseed Oil and Rancher Steak Rub. 4 Divide vegetables among the pieces of parchment. 5 Fold parchment paper to seal fish and vegetables inside. 6 Place parchment packets on a sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through: 140°F. (Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish.) CAN’T FIND SEA BASS? You can use any white fish. Try cod or halibut instead. WIL DTREE 3

1 (13 ounce) package turkey kielbasa, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces for skewers ½ red onion, cut into pieces for skewers 2 teaspoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil ¼ cup Wildtree Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 Preheat grill to medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. 2 Skewer kielbasa, bell pepper, and red onion onto metal or soaked wooden skewers and brush with Natural Grapeseed Oil. 3 Grill on all sides for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are lightly charred and tender. 4 Remove from grill and brush with Sweet & Sour Sauce.

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 2 Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides. 3 Add remaining ingredients to the skillet. 4 Bake for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through: 165°F. 4 WILDTREE

1½ cups coleslaw mix ¼ cup Wildtree Fresh & Easy Coleslaw Dressing 1 package Wildtree So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough, prepared according to package directions up to resting point 2 tablespoons baking soda ¾ pound lean ground beef 1 egg ½ cup panko bread crumbs ½ teaspoon Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub ½ tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil ¼ cup Wildtree Sweet & Sour Sauce ¼ cup cilantro leaves
1 Combine coleslaw mix and Fresh & Easy Coleslaw Dressing. Refrigerate until serving. 2 For pretzel rolls, prepare So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough according to package directions. After dough has rested, divide into 6 equal balls; flatten slightly into a slider bun size. 3 Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 4 Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and add baking soda. 5 Drop rolls in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Transfer to the parchment-lined sheet pan. 6 Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool. 7 While rolls are cooling, prepare burgers: Combine ground beef, egg, panko bread crumbs, and Rancher Steak Rub. Shape mixture into 6 slider-size patties. 8 Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and brown on both sides. 9 Add Sweet & Sour Sauce, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook patties in sauce, tossing occasionally, until cooked through: 160°F. 10 Serve burgers on pretzel rolls with prepared coleslaw and cilantro.

1 Mix together all ingredients and divide among ice pop molds. 2 Freeze until solid.
1 Heat water, hibiscus tea bags, and Watermelon Lime Frozen Drink Mix in a saucepan over medium heat until mix is dissolved. 2 Turn off heat and let steep for 5 minutes. 3 Remove tea bags and refrigerate until cool. 4 Mix with lime juice and seltzer. 5 Divide drink between glasses, serving over ice if desired.
