ORDERING PROCEDURE Apply to become a stockist by emailing us at wholesale@wildprairiesoap.ca. Please provide pertinent information about your business, including your location and contact information. Once approved, we will guide you through the ordering process. First-time orders must meet a minimum of $800 and all re-orders are minimum $250.
RETURNS We accept returns and provide refunds or credit for products damaged in transport. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Please contact us via email for further information regarding return process. Photos of damaged product and packaging will be required so that we may follow up with our courier.
