Wildjac is an eco-conscious distillery dedicated to crafting the finest spirits that bring joy to our customers while being kind to the planet. We specialise in premium, handcrafted spirits made from natural ingredients foraged from the Wyre Forest and surrounding lands.

Setting us apart, we blend the finest foraged botanicals with a serious approach to distillation. Never complacent, we are always committed to doing good for the planet and the community. Our approach is decidedly different, creating a unique experience for those who appreciate the artistry of spirits while valuing environmental and community stewardship.

NATURAL DRY GIN

A truly natural gin inspired by our home deep within the Wyre Forest.

Classic notes of juniper berry are lifted by locally sourced and foraged thyme, douglas fir and lemon balm.

Big botanical notes are rounded by chamomile & angelica. Late additions of fresh orange & lemon lift this gin to a beautiful refreshing finish.

DAMSON & RASPBERRY GIN

Rich damsons and juicy raspberries are infused into our natural dry gin to create the perfect partnership.

Red fruits lead with a gentle sweetness, rich and jammy with lots of ripe berry on the nose, giving way to orange and juniper on the palate.

Perfect sipped slowly, in a hot toddy or spritzed with soda.

HONEY SPICED RUM

A barrel aged spiced rum infused with Worcestershire honey and English coriander.

A smooth, honey spice aroma leads to a ginger, orange and vanilla finish. Spicy coriander, nutmeg and a hint of oak underpin this full bodied rum. Perfect served over ice, with your favourite mixer, or to add depth to a winter warmer.

RHUBARB RUM

Our Rhubarb Rum is Caribbean White Rum infused with local Shropshire Rhubarb.

On the nose will appear to be fresh rhubarb and ginger, on the palate a spiced Rhubarb and Vanilla followed by a taste sweet, fruit and spice.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS

The perfect experience for cocktail lovers, learn to build, shake, muddle and layer your way to a delicious drink. Guided by our trained mixologists, you’ll develop your cocktail making skills to the next level.

You’ll be greeted with a signature Wildjac cocktail from one of our friendly team, our resident mixologist will then demonstrate a range of different cocktails before making each one yourself.

CRAFT YOUR OWN GIN

The ultimate day out for gin aficionados, this gin masterclass will broaden your gin knowledge, educate your palate and provide you with unique insights into the wild world of distilling. Become an alchemist with us! Choose and blend botanicals to create your very own gin recipe, bottling and personalising a 70cl bottle to take home with you. The distiller will be on and throughout the session to answer any questions you have about the process and serve you a tasty G&T at our bar.

TASTING SESSION

A guided tasting to give you an insight into our distillery life. We’ll take you on a tour of our space to give you an insight into what we’re so passionate about.

With our forest inspiration just metres away, we will talk you through our history and how we select and forage our ingredients for all our range.

After this, we’ll guide you through sampling our range of spirits to understand our flavour profiles, mixers and serves which work best with each and help you decide which your favourite is.
