DANHUI NAI Danhui Nai was born in mainland China and raised i n an artistic household with her sculptor father and painter mother. Her natural passion for art was guided through classical training which she in her California studio to create beautiful, on-trend artwork in a variety of media.

She studied interior design later in Paris and New York City. She worked in the textile industry in Manhattan, where she continued her studies and artistic development.

MARILYN HAGEMAN Marilyn Hageman’s rich paintings capture mood and energy.

Intrigued by their speed and motion, she began to paint horses at the early age of three.

Now a painter of natural landscapes and botanicals, Marilyn still strives to capture the lyrical energy of the horses she drew in childhood. She also holds an MFA in painting. She now works and resides in Illinois, where largerthan-life canvases line the walls of her studio, depicting horses or wine or a villa on a hillside.

Megan Gallagher grew up in a Victorian house under constant renovation in the mountains of Utah. Her mother nurtured her creative endeavors, and after her death f rom Alzheimer’s Disease, remains an inspiration for Megan’s art and the namesake for her shop, Modern Lily. Megan studied interior design, art and printmaking, before establishing herself as an artist/designer living in Kansas City, Missouri. She’s an avid gardener and draws most of her inspiration f rom the plants. She sells her art and plant-related wares f rom her shop. She primarily makes digital art and acrylic paintings but she’s also passionate about watercolor, printmaking and being a maker of any kind.

She and her husband enjoy the outdoors with their dog Bowie.

BECKY THORNS Becky Thorns draws inspiration for her work f rom the wider joys of life to the smaller things of everyday. Further ideas come f rom living in many beautiful parts of the United Kingdom, and her travels far and wide.

“Working digitally as well as in watercolor,” she says, “allows me the privilege of being able to work wherever I f ind myself, be in a nook in the house or on a flight to Peru.” She lives in southern England with her husband and fellow adventurer, Josh. “One of the things we both love in life is the animals we come across on our journeys;” Becky muses, “especially the way that they can very easily become characters and portray a story through their environment and faces. I always feel drawn to including animals in my work, and have a particular fondness for alpacas!”
