For your convenience, gratuity is included in the price of your services. If you have any questions, please consult your Spa Concierge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any spa treatment, any personal training or Pilates sessions, including but not limited to, trio, duo or quad reformer/tower classes requires a 12-hour advance notice during business hours. Should a cancellation be made less than 12 hours in advance, or not at all, the Member/Guest will be automatically charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation will result in the full cost of the service. Series ticket(s) may be redeemed to cover the cancellation fee.
Guest Policy
Only Residents and their immediate family members, and Non-Resident Club Members will be given access to the WIPOA facilities. This policy includes the Spa, Food and Beverage and Tennis.
House Call Fee $35
Enjoy the luxury of spa services or personal training at your residence. An additional fee will be added to the service. Limited services available.
