IT Customer Service – Service Owner Workplace (f/m) Your Duties: Design, implementation and further development of Workplace Services. Independent identification of potential improvements Ensuring the effective operation and availability of services in the 2nd and 3rd level support area Your Profile: Extensive know-how in Microsoft Systems (Windows 7/8 and Office 2010/365, MS Server 2008 R2/2012, Lync, Active Directory and SCCM 2012) and Citrix knowledge is an advantage. Highly organized and process oriented way of working Distinct Customer and Service orientation Strong communication and documentation skills at both technical and business levels Management experience of virtual teams an advantage Experience in project management and controlling of external partners, as well as ITIL knowledge is an advantage Very good English and German language skills For this position we attach great importance to a high willingness to learn, flexibility and capacity for teamwork.
