* Widex is committed to repairing hearing instruments up to 5 years from the date of discontinuance provided parts and service documentation are available.
Returns: All hearing aids may be returned for full credit up to 90 days from date of invoice. All aids will be charged a 25% restocking fee between the 90 day trial period and 120 days. No returns will be accepted after 120 days from invoice date. Exchanges: Exchanges will be done when Widex receives the returned hearing aid. Exchanges must be done within 120 days of invoice date. Widex will not charge shipping on the new order for the exchange.

•A ll new RIC/RITE hearing instruments include your choice of both receiver type/power, and earwire, size specified at time of order. RIC and thin tube hearing instruments include one package of your choice of size and type of instant ear-tips, specified at time of order. • RITE hearing instruments include your choice of either a custom hard or soft ear-tip, which may be ordered within 90 days of original RITE hearing instrument invoice date. • The receiver, earwire and receiver/earwire assembly provided with the hearing instrument follows the repair warranty terms of the hearing instrument. When requesting a replacement speaker for in-warranty field service, you will be required to provide the serial number of the original hearing instrument. • For out-of-warranty instruments, replacement speakers may be purchased at charge, and carry a 90-day warranty against defects. • When an out-of-warranty RIC/RITE hearing instrument is returned to Widex for repair, the receiver will be warranted for the full length of the hearing aid repair warranty.
