BEYOND Z 440 and BEYOND Z 330 include a 3-year Repair Warranty and 3-year Loss & Damage Coverage. BEYOND Z 220 includes a 2-year Repair Warranty and 2-year Loss & Damage Coverage. An additional 4th year Repair Warranty for BEYOND Z 440 and BEYOND Z 330 is available at a $150 charge. Repair Warranty includes the hearing aid, rechargeable battery door and charger, which must all be sent in when requesting service. Repair Warranty does not include rechargeable batteries. Loss & Damage claims for BEYOND Z hearing aids and rechargeable battery doors are limited to one time within the L&D period and are subject to a replacement fee of $195. L&D coverage does not include rechargeable batteries and charger. When returning items purchased separately from the BEYOND Z hearing aid (i.e. starter kits, retrofit kits, chargers), items must be in the original packaging and a copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
