EVOKE APP

The EVOKE app lets you control your hearing devices directly from your smartphone, allowing you to adjust volume settings, listening programs, find your hearing aids and access the world’s first real-time machine learning hearing solution. With direct streaming from your iPhone® to your EVOKE hearing aids, you’re quickly and easily connected to phone calls, music and more — all in clear and pure sound.

Download the Widex EVOKE app from the App Store: 1. From your compatible iPhone*, open the App Store® icon.

2. In the Search field, enter Widex EVOKE and tap the app.

3. Tap Get to download the app for free.

4. Tap Install.

5. Enter your Apple® ID password or use Touch ID when prompted to complete the installation.

Download the Widex EVOKE app from Google Play: 1. From your compatible Android™*, open the Google Play Store app.

2. In the Search field, enter Widex EVOKE and select the app.

3. Tap Install to download the app for free.

Confirm Bluetooth is On. Go to Settings and select Accessibility.

Select Hearing Devices.

Place EVOKE close to the iPhone® or iPad.® Open and close the battery door. The Apple device will search for EVOKE devices. Once connected, select the Hearing Aids under Devices.

1 Confirm Bluetooth is ON.

2 Search for devices.

3 Select Hearing Aids when they appear.

Select Pair for each hearing device.

Once complete, the hearing aids will appear.

EVOKE is now paired.

Select Adjust Independently ON to control each hearing aid separately.

NOTE: For iOS 12.4 or earlier, access hearing aid pairing options through Settings > General > Accessibility > MFI Hearing Devices.

The EVOKE hearing instruments and the EVOKE app work similarly on both Android and iOS with one exception; a Widex COM-DEXTM wireless device is needed for Android to stream audio directly to EVOKE hearing aids. There is no accessory required for streaming audio directly from iPhone to EVOKE.
