What to do if Apple Watch app says “No Connection to iPhone”
By default, Apple Watch® should automatically download the BEYOND app once it is installed from the App Store® on the iPhone® that is paired to the watch.
The BEYOND app for Apple Watch relies on its connection to iPhone for proper function. If the watch displays either of the following messages: “No connection to iPhone” or “Hearing Aids disconnected”, follow the below steps:
If you do not see the BEYOND app on your watch after downloading the BEYOND app on your phone, the watch app must be manually installed. To do this: 1. Open the BEYOND app for Apple Watch on the phone and scroll down to the bottom of the My Watch page (Figure A) 2. Select the BEYOND app and enable Show App on Apple Watch (Figure B) 3. The app will start installing to the watch
1. Verify the watch and phone are in range of one another 2. Open the BEYOND app on the phone 3. If the watch does not connect, try changing the program in the BEYOND app on iPhone (You can change the program back after it connects) If either message persists, force quit the BEYOND watch app: 1. Open the BEYOND app on Apple Watch 2. Hold the Lower Button on the right side of the watch until the Power Off menu appears (Figure C1) 3. Hold the Top Button until the watch shows the app Selection Screen (Figure C2)
How to Force Quit an app:

If the connection continues to fail, force restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch (in that order). If none of the prior steps resolve the issue, delete the BEYOND app from iPhone (this will remove the app from both the phone and the watch), and reinstall it from the App Store.

Note: If you have a personal program named “TV” the BEYOND app for Apple Watch will not connect. You must rename this program to use the app for Apple Watch.
