Verify that the hearing aids are actively paired to the iPhone®.
3 Verify that the Audio Routing is set to “Always Hearing Aids” or
“Automatic” by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > MFi Hearing Aids > Audio Routing. 4 Replace the batteries in the hearing aids with fresh batteries. Wait 2 minutes after pulling the sticker off the battery before putting the battery in the hearing aid. 5 Turn Wi-Fi off on the phone. For Additional Assistance, Follow the Below Steps in this Order: Unpair the hearing aids by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > MFi Hearing Aids. Select your hearing aids and select “Forget This Device”. 2 Close the EVOKE app. 3 Force restart the phone that you are trying to pair. 4 Open and close the EVOKE battery door(s) and start the connection process again.

EVOKE BLUETOOTH PAIRING GUIDE
HOW TO CONNECT EVOKE TO AN APPLE OR ANDROID PRODUCT ANDROID Once the pairing is complete, download the EVOKE app by searching Widex EVOKE on the Apple App Store or on Google Play. Once downloaded, open the EVOKE app. At this time, the app will make any necessary updates to the EVOKE hearing aids. This process can take a few minutes to complete. For more information, go to www.widex.com The EVOKE solution is designed and tested with the most recent Apple operating system. The EVOKE solution is optimized for Android™ devices running the most recent Android OS. For an up-to-date list of compatible devices, please go to the EVOKE website at https://global.widex.com/en/support/evoke-hearing-aid-app/ compatibility Connectivity performance is subject to environmental and phone variability. For more information ask your Hearing Healthcare Professional about potential causes of Bluetooth interference.

Select MFi Hearing Aids and place the EVOKE devices close to the iPhone, iPad or iPod.
Verify the EVOKE devices have fresh batteries, and open and close the battery door. The Apple device will then search for the EVOKE devices. Once connected, select the hearing aids under Devices.
Select Pair for each hearing device. This process must be completed within 3 minutes of opening and closing the EVOKE battery door.
Once complete, the hearing aids will appear. Congratulations! The EVOKE is now paired. Select Adjust Independently ON
Confirm Bluetooth is on. Search for devices. Select Hearing Aids when they appear.
