Wicks Electric - Commercial & Residential Project of the Month

Thank you for reading our newsletter! In this monthly Wicks Team edition we highlight our first project on Salt Spring, our favorite Gulf Island! The team is working away just outside of Ganges on a large scale commercial tenant improvement project. We have two residential features, one a beautiful 10,000 square foot + custom home in Anmore and the other a triplex for Best Builders.

Commercial Project of the Month Fields Salt Spring

Hi-ho, Hi-ho it's off to Salt Spring we go! Yes that's right, we offer services all across British Columbia. We've completed a number of large-scale, out of town projects

and

will

continue

to

offer

our

services

in

faraway

lands.

The team has officially completed the wiring portion of our Fields Salt Spring project. Do you know what that means? Soon, no more $30 Ganges-boutique store knitted socks! You can find bargain prices for general goods at the new Fields Salt Spring. I can hear Salt Springs sigh of relief from here.

On this project we had to wear a few hats; something we do well! Not only did we assist in the design of the lighting, but we created the most efficient and economical ASHREA control system possible. Using occupancy sensors and contactor relays, if someone leaves the store for more than 30 minutes it's lights out!

Saving not only power costs, but the environment too.

It's been a pleasure working with the fields crew on this dynamic project and we're excited for the grand opening this summer.

Residential Project of the Month #1 Anmore

We are in the final days of wrapping up this 10,000 + custom home in the beautiful village of Anymore. We often get confused with being a commercial only electrical contractor Vancouver; however custom homes are a major specialty of ours. In a calendar year the split of residential and commercial electrical projects are basically down the middle. We love custom homes and have been wiring them since day one!

Residential Project of the Month #2 Best Build Triplex

A beautiful end result, a happy client and a happy contractor. Three of the most important key performance indicators we follow here at Wicks Electric!

We really enjoyed teaming up with Best Builders on this East Vancouver triplex project. We're happy to say the job was delivered on time and on budget. It was a real pleasure working with Best Builders and a big shout out their project team on a well-organized and thought out project. It's always a pleasure working with you guys.
