*Consultants earn 20% (or 10% through Scentsy Club rewards and referrals) on the frst 1,000 points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) and 25% (or 15% through Scentsy Club rewards and referrals) on all sales after that, plus up to a 9% bonus on Personal Wholesale Volume based on rank and a 5% sales award when monthly sales exceed 2,000 PRV. Scentsy Club rewards and referrals PRV comes from any Club sales initiated through a customer referral link. Consultants may also earn leadership bonuses based on downline sales. Qualifcation for incentive trips is determined annually. The average annual commission for a Consultant who was with Scentsy for all of 2021 was $2,925.08, while those who were with Scentsy for only part of the year averaged $300.65 in annual commission.
