This Project is base in the place between commercial zone and crowded area at klong toei dustrict where people lacke of electricity. thats one of the problem that makes klong toei lack of education and technology. In the present Technology is changing every single day and to live on world of IT we have to solve this problem. THE JUNCTION ICT Learning Center is the place where people from both side of the city can come to learn and use the technology with no concern thats because i design this building to be more friendly and can access from 4 side and also have a public park for people to rest and enjoy the life in Bangkok
