CONCEPT STATEMENT

A Perfect Paradox is the marriage of ancient Greek warriors and the subliminal beauty that lies beneath. Drawing inspiration from a primeval painting, the collections narrative is the blue and orange floral print that features on an array of fabrics and textures. The combination of Grecian hues, soft summery mesh, structured silhouettes and strong lines are blended creating stark contrast within colour palette and shapes. The painting, thought to have been discovered after the Minoan eruption on the island of Crete presents visuals of what life pre-invasion may have been like.
