Georgia Thompson. Creative director and Stylist. Georgia is currently pursuing her dream through her studies at Whitehouse Institute of Design, completing a Bachelor of Design in Creative Direction and Styling. As the creative she is, Georgia’s work spans across all aspects of design, and is particularly well known for creating strong personalities for brands through graphic design and typography. Her abiding passion in graphic design allows her to pursue and focus on establishing personalities for brands and business’. “The most important creative impetus for me is graphic design. For as long as I can remember I have been inspired by the power branding has upon a business and the importance of it. Through my every day life I am analysing brands and their chosen style and how it reflects them and have forever dreamt of doing this myself.”
Untamed
The ‘Untamed’ editorial is based on the beautiful aspects within nature and how it can make ones self feel. Georgia’s aim for this editorial was to capture her love for nature through reflecting the soft, organic aspects of nature through the model, sheet and wind. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger and fear and increases happiness. It was my Georgia’s goal to allow these images to create an impact on ones self as nature does whilst capturing the ‘untamed’ beauty within.
