Made out of upcycled tshirts, the dress within the third body has two straps over the shoulder with a low cut front and back neckline and side cut outs. The dress has been made by cutting up tshirts and sewing them together. The edges of the dress have been binded together using the hems of the remaining t-shirts. Underneath the dress, the outfit has been layered with a cropped, short sleeve, high neck yellow t-shirt. The shirt has been made out of a lightweight merino wool in a similar colour yellow that is seen throughout the collection. The outfit has also been layered with a heavy weight denim bandeau that has been worn over the tshirt and underneath the dress. The bandeau is fastened at the back with a hook and eye. The bandaeu also has a carabiner attached to the back with red grosgrain hanging off it. The dress silhouette was inspired by a basketball jersey, this paired with the cotton tshirt and denim fabrications has created a sport/streetwear element. However the length of the dress paired by the high neck tshirt and styling communicates a sense of elegance and glamour. 3 24
