Jasmine Eu, preparing to graduate from Whitehouse Institute of Design with a Bachelor of Design, Creative Direction and Styling. Eu has had industry experience with graphic design companies as well as volunteer assistant styling at Afterpay Australian Fashion Week. Throughout her studies, Eu has advanced her skills in creative direction as a Stylist and image maker by engaging in various arenas across visual merchandising, fashion styling and innovation, interior and event styling and illustration. After completing a Certificate III Screen and Media, Creative and Digital Media, Eu has additionally furthered her knowledge in digital design mediums and photography. She is recognised for producing content with precision and dominant manipulation of linear forms, in which is subtly related to her heritage. Passionate in pursuing Creative Directory of a fashion house, additionally following endeavors of her own creative service and styling business, Styled By Eu, Eu continues to explore inspirational sources of oriental design and lifestyle, as well as the abstract interpretation of narrative.

To accurately represent a personal formula, a set of three fashion product photographs will demonstrate line manipulation and direct line of slight. The formula concluded follows the defined terms of serene, Eastern and methodical. Throughout the imagery the element of “serene” will be explored in the lack of eclecticism, and is supported by the colour palette. Mostly neutral tones will appear however a contrasting red and a pale muted green are employed to balance the imagery and provide a strong focal point. The “Eastern” aspect of the formula will be conveyed implicitly through the subtle use of red and green. Angular lines and shapes are understood as the “methodical” element.
