DESIGN STATEMENT
Arcana: In the Cards’ is a collection exploring transformation, intuition and self-discovery through tarot symbolism. Each garment represents a specific card: Death, The Magician and The Moon, expressed through draping, fabric textures, sculptural pleating and wearable silhouettes. To highlight the contrast between vulnerability and strength, lightweight flowing fabrics are paired with the aforementioned structured pleating and draping.

Kaeley Saville
Kaeley Saville is a Melbourne-based fashion designer whose primary focus is creating womenswear.
Innovation and expressive design are at the forefront of Saville's practice, experimenting with form, texture, and styling to create visually engaging and wearable garments.
Saville is experienced in a range of techniques, from tailoring to relaxed wearable forms, developing silhouettes that balance elegance with movement. Her work aims to produce pieces that are both striking and functional, offering versatility and individuality for the wearer. Saville's graduate collection, 'Arcana: In the Cards', was created to demonstrate her abilities and emerging presence in the Australian fashion industry.
