The customised one of a kind art piece titled “Canvas in Knots” was created by creative director mikayla hogg. It explores the concept of The Naked Canvas in a physical more literal form through the unconventional stance of the canvas and raw, untreated materials that have been manipulated to create a highly tactile sculptural composition. This customised piece was constructed with 100 metres of calico material tied following a hand knitting technique derived from thematic research. The knots incapsulate an inviting sense of a tactile experience.
