carol crawford Carol Crawford is a Sydney based sculptor who specialises in stone, bronze and clay. According to her, the circular nature in which she sculpts, highlights her feminimity.

Crawford’s favourite stone to work with is Alabaster stone, which she hand carves with filing tools after interpreting the natural form of the stone, and sculpting based on that. By practicing this way, she is able to preserve the natural beauty of the stone.
