The Fracture capsule collection has been designed to evoke strength in the femininity of being a woman. The collection embraces the identity of traditional femininity and is expressed through traditional silhouettes from the 1800’s however, modernised through innovative use of fabric manipulation and texture. A woman can be strong and there is strength in the feminine. The collection was inspired by the modern expression of “girlhood” through artistic formats of films from Sofia Coppola. Coppola’s visual expression of femininity is complex and romantic.

The exclusive scarfs have been designed uniquely for the Fracture Collection, featuring elements from fabrications and lacing embellishments as seen within the collection itself. The calm feminine colour palette highlights the Fracture collection values in feminintiy and girlhood. Annabelle Cudmore is an emerging fashion designer based in Sydney, who thrills in creating voluminous textures within her ethereal ready to wear garments. Inspired by Sofia Coppola’s filmography, these garments emphasise the romanticised and complex aspects of femininity and girlhood.
Annabelle Cudmore establishes uniqueness within her use of fabrics. Annabelle Cudmore has an instinctive ability to use the structure of traditional and classic silhouettes and recreates them into garments which are highly detailed and unique.
Her passion coincides within the emotional act of dressing and the expression which garments can evoke.
Annabelle is inspired by female innovators within pop culture, the fashion industry and women around her, both personally known and those she looks up to. She creates contemporary styled garments which emphasise high quality for all occasions. .
