SHOREVIEW — Another housing development is proposed within the Shoreview Business Campus. The City Council reviewed a concept plan on a 9-acre development that includes a 120-unit senior rental apartment building, 15 townhomes and 11 single-family homes at its Feb. 5 meeting. The council has not yet taken a vote. The three-story apartment building is proposed just east of Lexington Avenue and south of homes in the Weston Woods development. The building would be geared toward older, active adults, similar to the Applewood Pointe cooperative in Shoreview. Units would be rented instead of owned, according to city documents. The townhomes and single-family homes are proposed to be constructed east of the apartment building, behind Oxford Lane. The pathways include
