Over the last six months, some residents have expressed concern regarding the relationship between the City Council and NOHOA. There have been disagreements between the two entities regarding rental properties, road maintenance, and who should be in control of different expenditures. I am writing this article to encourage residents to get involved in the long-term planning needs of North Oaks and how it delivers services. My wife, Kathleen, and I built a home in North Oaks in 1993 and shortly thereafter I got involved. First, it was with the Beach Committee, then NOHOA
