Health equity, inclusivity and diversity is a core tenet of ensuring that the potential of health

innovation and entrepreneurship can be

harnessed for public good & social impact to

achieve Universal Health Coverage, Health for All and ensure no one is left behind.

SOLUTION • Sep 2021: EIT Health Alumni – Young Forum Gastein Workshop at the EHFG annual conference on “Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Public Good and Social Impact” (HIE-PGSI). Eight interdisciplinary teams designed points for action on the challenges our health systems face through digitalisation;

• Oct 2021: A specialist, interdisciplinary team in global health policy and innovation (EIT Health and YFG Alumni) joined forces as expert young leaders, to work on a White Paper aimed at providing a comprehensive framework for an equitable future of healthcare through responsible entrepreneurship and shaping inclusive, health innovation governance agenda; • Nov 2021 – Jan 2022: Expert interviews (policy – business – civil society) and White Paper draft; • Feb – Mar 2022: Startup case studies design, White Paper review; • Apr 2022: White Paper release.
