COMPLIMENTS OF COMMONWEALTH REAL ESTATE BENEFITS PROGRAM Program Overview The Compliments of Commonwealth Real Estate Benefits Program has been designed to offer real estate benefits to employees of participating corporations and organizations. Program services are available to enrolled employees and/or members interested in buying or selling residences in the communities serviced by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate and its affiliated brokers. Compliments of Commonwealth provides enrolled employees and members with an experienced local real estate professional as well as a network of real estate related providers. Membership offers a cost-free, value-added, full service real estate program normally reserved for company paid relocations.

Member Benefits • The Compliments of Commonwealth Program offers a credit at closing or cash rebate* equal to 20% of the service fee collected by the affiliated sales associate/brokerage • Dedicated Compliments of Commonwealth Program Coordinator to support members, answer questions and guide them through the entire real estate process.

• Experienced, professional, full-time sales associate that attend annual training and have exhibited a high level of professionalism and success in their marketplaces.

• Complimentary pre-marketing consultation and market assessment.

• Employees/members can use this program as many times as they like with no limits on rewards.

• Real estate rebates and mortgage closing cost contributions result in valuable cost savings for your employees/members. * A Cash Back Bonus will be paid to the participating member within 30 days of the property closing date. Cash Back Bonus is based upon the contracted purchase/sale price of the applicable property as stated in the closing Settlement Statement.

The Real Estate Benefits Program is a free, no-obligation benefits program offered through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Commonwealth Real Estate. The ability to offer a rebate may be modified or prohibited in some states.

Eligibility To be eligible to participate in the program members/employees must meet the following guidelines: • Be an active employee or organization member.

• Member/employees cannot be a signatory to a listing agreement or buyer broker agreement.

• Register with the Compliments of Commonwealth program PRIOR to contacting any real estate sales associate.

• Work exclusively with the assigned Compliments of Commonwealth affiliated sales associate throughout the transaction(s).

• Member/employees cannot be registered for other referral, real estate affinity or relocation service program(s).

Household Goods Shipment Compliments of Commonwealth provides members with exclusive cost savings for the transportation and storage of household goods through our partnership with professional local Moving and Storage**.

Residential Mortgage Services Compliments of Commonwealth partners with preferred lenders** in offering a vast array of mortgage products designed to meet the needs of today’s home buyers.
