Born on pasture, our lamb are raised humanely, as they graze on rich grasslands and are finished on high quality grains. Naturally well-marbled and richly flavored, MFB takes its American Lamb program a step further with a stringent in-house grading and selection process that includes evaluating the conformation, color, size, and marbling of each carcass.
