Wheeling Township offers bus service for Wheeling Township residents Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Call 847-259-7743 between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:30 pm to schedule transportation. Reservations should be made two days before the travel date.

Location: Heritage Park Performance Pavilion and Family Aquatic Center

Bring the whole family and join the Wheeling Park District and Wheeling Police Department for a variety of activities for all ages. Get to know your neighbors and the police officers who serve our community. Learn about local crime- and drugprevention efforts and show your neighborhood spirit.

Join us for Chevy Chase’s Annual Patio Party! We will be providing food and beverage for purchase, live band, and yard games. Seating will be limited so we encourage bringing your own lawn chairs. OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL BEGINNER CLINICS

Location: Chamber Park (indoors at CRC if inclement weather)

Registration Deadline: 1 week before Commit to learning the game of Pickleball with other beginners in this 2 hour beginner clinic. These sessions are a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of Pickleball. Players will learn the basics of play including stroke mechanics, how to serve, dink, drive and more in drill and game-based scenarios. By the end of the session, players will have the confidence to participate in drop-in pickleball programs.
