RED WHEEL Stark 67G
Stark has proven himself to be ones of the most balanced and consistent sires we have ever used. He is not extreme in any one trait, but we have also not found one major hole in his production record. That says alot! Phenotypically his progeny are of a sensible mature size with added natural muscle shape, fleshing ability, and correct feet and legs. Their natural do-ability, fertility, foot quality and added dark red hair coat have proven them well adapted to thrive under our extreme conditions these past few years. Now that his daughters have calved we have no doubt that they will be productve, fault free cows with good udders and milk flow. They say that the true test of a herd bull is if he can out produce himself, and we feel that Stark has done that, and many of those sons sell in this sale. We will continue to utilize him and his sons in our own program. He could very well go down as the best bull we have raised in the 25 year history of our program. Everyone is always looking for that new outcross pedigree that is proven enough to remove the guess work. Stark
From the tip of their nose to their tail his calves are STOUT! They have added rib shape and bone, without adding mature frame size. After calving paternal sisters by Red Box and knowing the exceptional udder quality of his dam we feel Fort Knox could be an udder improver. His dam is a feature donor cow in our ET program. Fort Knox is a power bull that calves easy and averaged 87 lbs on his first calf crop. He will sire the replacement heifers we need to remain profitable, but also produce those steers that weigh up in the fall.

Built like Fort Knox!
Hard Knox is a bull that is built right for the times. He offers calving ease in the package that matters, not just low birth weights! His calves are built and shaped to be born easy and averaged around 77 lbs in his first calf crop. When you study their head and shoulder shape and length of body we can recommend them with confidence for your heifer pen. His progeny are also stamped with that extra dark red colour that eveyone likes. His dam Auburn 19E has been a consistent producer including the trio of flush brothers that headlined our 2022 sale.

We added Typhoon to our herd bull battery for his rare combination of calving ease, growth and maternal traits. His sire, Tycoon has proven to be one of the rare calving ease and high growth bulls in the breed. We feel Typhoon’s dam makes him the next step in this line and that he will be a major part of our program moving forward. Unfortunately we got very few bull calves in our first calf crop, but his heifer calves have exceeded our expectations so far. Watch for his influence in the future.

Genesis was an AI sire we added to be an outcross calving ease bull for our program. What excited us the most about Genesis was his proven maternal pedigree and exceptional dam. Genesis is no longer producing semen so that makes his progeny that much more valueable. This will be our last offering of Genesis progeny, so get them while you still can.

Firebrand is an AI sire we used to add more influence of Brooking Bank Note into our program. We recently aquired a maternal sister to Firebrand to be a foundation donor female for our growing black herd. Firebrand is one of the most highly used and proven performance and maternal sires in the breed.
