The Atlin Whisper “Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world.” Margaret Mead

“Fall” There’s a chilliness in the air, at times even an iciness. Par for the course this time of year that some find exhilarating. Many find beauty in this season and cherish its precious gifts. They will relish brisk walks outdoors followed perhaps by a brandy, home cooking and time with a friend.

Some find the coziness of home perfect for hobbies or projects, or trying out new recipes. While others prefer a good read as they snuggle under a quilt. Fall offers changes in coloring, lighting and the scenery; Some are dramatic, some more subtle. The change of seasons is a gift to help us see treasures year ‘round. Jeff Salmon
