by Mission Artists Association, Mission Arts Centre. Opening reception: Sat, May 6, 1- 4pm. Passion – intense longing, compelling desire. Whatever our backgrounds, interests or styles, MAA members share a love of art. For some it’s exquisitely detailed animal portraits; for others, dramatic landscapes or the inventive use of colour and texture. All the artworks testify to our passion for the creative process. 604-826-0029 www.missionartscouncil.ca
