Advagym brings an easy-to-use digital platform to fitness facilities to make tracking workout data simpler than ever before.

Wireless sensors can be connected to Nautilus strength machines, Star Trac and StairMaster cardio equipment, Schwinn group cycle bikes, or attached in desired zones of the gym, to share information and content, guide the member experience and provide owners and operators with detailed

gym utilisation data. Paired with a user-friendly app, Advagym takes the connected fitness experience to the next level for members, trainers and staff.

YOUR Personal Training creates Hyperice Recovery Hub for hotel and leisure club YOUR Personal Training, the UK’s largest PT management company, has created a dedicated recovery hub for members of the Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club.

The hub, which has been created in an unused corridor space, brings Hyperice’s specialist recovery products to its members, aiding warm up and recovery times pre and post physical activity, as well as helping people to move more freely.

The Waterside’s recovery zone consists of four mats with two slimline Hyperice charging stations, with each containing two Hypervolt 2 cordless percussion handheld massage guns, two Vyper 2.0 vibrating rollers, two Hypersphere deep massage ball globes and a separate Zero Gravity Hyperice chair, as well as an informative ‘how to’ instruction poster.
