Having been established in Bately for over 57 years, we are proud of the fact that our chairs are still manufactured in our own factory right here in Yorkshire.

Arundel The luxurious styled Arundel with its timeless Queen Ann classic design will fit into any home.

With its high winged backed seat and T-shaped cushion. Available in two seat heights (18” or 20”) the Arundel is designed for those who like a little more space when seated. Edinburgh & Cambridge The original Shackletons high seat chairs, the Edinburgh & Cambridge are still a firm favourite with our customers. With its high winged back and supportive seat cushion the traditional styling combines contemporary manufacturing techniques to produce a timeless classic. Available in two seat heights (18� or 20�). As pictured the Cambridge comes with a wooden knuckle to make it even easier for the user to rise with ease from the chair. As with all Shackletons chairs a choice of fabrics and wood finishes are available.

Stroud The Stroud is one of the classic chairs from our Heritage collection and has been developed over the years to provide the user with unparalleled comfort as well as support. With its iconic design the Stroud has stood the test of time and endeared by many generations.

Bakewell The Bakewell is a compact winged back chair which has been ideally designed for the more petite person. With its small frame the Bakewell is the perfect chair for those rooms where space is at a premium without compromising on the comfort.

Available with either a straight leg or classic Queen Ann leg the Bakewell can be tailored to your individual preference.

Available in 17” or 18” seat heights.

By incorporating the very latest in motion technology into our recliner collection we can provide the perfect balance of comfort and mobility.

With a wide variety of smooth motion functions available you can choose the ideal combination to suite your needs.

Manual recliners Put your feet up and relax in one of our luxurious recliner armchairs.

Most of our reclining chairs have a choice of a catch or handle release, this allows the footrest to elevate and raise your legs to the most comfortable of reclined positions, you can then ease yourself back lowering the backrest to the sleeping position.

Simply put your feet up and relax.

Riser Recliners The Single Motor and Dual Motor actions both lift and tilt the recliner forwards so that getting in and out is the easiest thing imaginable.

This full powerlift facility is designed to assist sufferers of arthritis, rheumatism, MS, poor circulation and many other mobility restrictions.

Single Motor The smooth and easy Single Motor action enables the footrest to be fully raised before the back starts reclining. It also allows the sleeping position to be reached (less reclined than on Dual Motor designs) from a starting position 20cm (8�) from the wall.

Dual Motor Dual Motor riser recliners allow the backrest and footrest to move independently, providing a wide range of positions for tailored comfort.

Keswick The Keswick with its stylish contoured shape is designed for elegance and relaxation.

With soft cushioned arms and welcoming fibre filled back cushions and full width ‘chaise’ seating. Available in four sizes as fixed chair, recliner chair, electric riser recliner as well as two-seat and three-seat sofas. Also available in leather as well as fabric covers.

Lynton This popular range of chairs and sofas are available in four sizes as well as a choice of fully upholstered arm or wood knuckle arm. Two shades of wood finish are available on this model. Exceptionally comfortable with soft chaise seating and supportive back cushion. The sofas are supplied with interlocking sections to provide easy access to premises.
