Open Events
A big thank you to all students and staff who supported our Open Events this week they were a great success and we really appreciate all the hard work that you put into these events. A special thank you to our Year 7’s who did a fantastic job touring families around school in our day time events; and to our Year 11 and Year 13 students who volunteered their time with heavy revision taking place with upcoming exams. We really do appreciate everything you do to support our school.
Upcoming early closure Wednesday 14th May
On Wednesday 14th May 2025 we are scheduled an early closure for staff development training. Below are the adjusted timings of the day.
• 9am lesson 1
• 10am Lesson 2 for KS3 and Rec for KS4/5

• 12.30pm Tutor/ Lunch

Non Uniform Day
On Tuesday 6th May we will be holding a non-uniform day. Students are able to come into school in their own close. Please ensure your daughter dresses appropriately, for example no crop tops. Many thanks with your support on this.
Elevate Education
In two weeks, Elevate Education’s parent support webinar programme will be returning, with their session on Ask Me Anything kicking off the new term.
This parent support session is an entire hour dedicated to giving parents the chance to get their questions answered. This is the perfect opportunity to get advice on a particular problem your child might be facing, or to go over queries from a previous webinar.

Attention Musicians: Improvisation Masterclass at Tettenhall College next Tuesday 6th May
We have been extended an invitation by Tettenhall College for young musicians: On Tuesday 6th May BBC Young Jazz Musician finalist Ralph Porrett visits Tettenhall College with his trio to play live at Towers Theatre. Musicians are invited to attend their Improvisation Masterclass at 4pm or their gig at 7pm, for which final tickets are still available.
Places at the Masterclass are free and may be reserved by emailing gjh@tettcoll.co.uk but tickets to the 7pm performance can be booked by emailing performingarts@tettcoll.co.uk
